What are Slack Channels?

Channels are internal messaging boards centered around a specific topic or interest. Users of these channels typically share an interest in the topic being discussed (Ex: Web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc), database technologies (SQL, MongoDB, etc), software methodologies, 3D printing and more!). If someone has an interest in a specific topic, there’s most likely a channel dedicated to that topic!
